Papers should follow the Author Guidelines provided below and be in conformity with the template. Authors can submit their papers to the conference before the submission deadline. Once registered, papers are checked in terms of compliance with the conference topics and the format requirements. All papers submitted to the conference must be original works and must not have been previously presented or submitted to other journals or conferences. Our conference is consistent with the principles governing the intellectual property rights, discouraging any attempt of plagiarism, regardless of its forms – involuntary, self-plagiarism, voluntary misappropriation of other people’s ideas etc. Authors must take appropriate measures to avoid any of these situations regardless of their nature and gravity. The conference committee is checking all the articles with the help of a specialized anti-plagiarism software. The conference committee reserves the right to reject any manuscripts and to refuse new submissions from authors who have committed plagiarism.

Review Process

Immediately after submission, the conference editors will perform an initial check to assess the overall suitability of the manuscript to the conference topic; manuscript adherence to high quality research and ethical standards; standards of rigor to qualify for further review.

From submission to final decision or publication, a CAFEE editor will coordinate the review process and serve as the main point of contact for authors and reviewers. The process is double-blind, meaning that the author does not know the identity of the reviewer, nor does the reviewer know the identity of the author. At least two review reports are collected for each submitted conference paper.

In cases where only minor or major revisions are recommended, the editor will request that the author(s) revise the paper. Where conflicting review reports are present, or where there are one or more recommendations for rejection, feedback from the editor is sought before a decision about revisions is communicated to authors. Additional reviewers or further review reports may be requested at this stage. Revised versions of conference paper may or may not be sent to reviewers, depending on whether the reviewer requested to see the revised version. By default, reviewers who request major revisions or recommend rejection will be sent the revised manuscript. A maximum of two rounds of major revision per conference paper is normally provided. Acceptance decisions on conference papers can be taken by the academic editor after peer-review once a minimum of two review reports have been received.
